Sweco´s trainee programme

Are you a new graduate with an MSc or BSc in civil engineering, architecture or the natural sciences? Do you want to take part in shaping the societies and cities of the future? Do you give your all in every situation? Are you looking for a springboard into the consulting profession?

In Sweco’s trainee programme you will participate for nine months in a customised programme with sustainable development, project management, entrepreneurship, presentation technique and team building on the agenda. Already from the start, alongside your training, you will work in real life consulting assignments where you will take part in developing sustainable and value-creating solutions for the societies and cities of the future.

As a trainee, you will go from new graduate to professional consultant with all of the opportunities of a professional career ahead of you. You will develop rapidly while at the same time building a valuable network of colleagues and new friends.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Primarily new graduates with a MSc or BSc in civil engineering, architecture or the natural sciences. But you could also have studied with a focus on IT.

In our selection, we assess your study results, your consulting attributes and your social commitment in general. Good skills in Swedish and English are required.

The most important factor, regardless of your education, is that you are passionate about the same things we are. At Sweco we are 14,500 consultants with different professions and often widely differing roles, but we share a common objective. Namely, to contribute to a sustainable future.

APPLICATION IS CLOSED
The application period for the 2018/2019 trainee programme is now closed. Thank you for your applications!
