Frontend Product owner to Twinfinity

As a Frontend Product Owner, you will me managing two passionate, skilled, cross-functional teams that is responsible for developing the front-end aspects of our ecosystem for digital twins. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation working with user needs, defining product features, and prioritising tasks for the frontend development team. Your primary focus will be on creating delightful user experiences through intuitive interfaces and seamless interactions.

As a Frontend Product Owner at Twinfinity you will be

· Collaborating with internal and external parties to analyse user needs

· Collaborating closely with our development teams and stakeholders

· Making users enjoy using our apps

· Mentoring and coaching our frontend developers and UX engineers

· Ensuring we focus our attention on what is most important for our customers and for our business

· Following ideas from conception to fully realised customer solutions

· Helping align the work done across multiple teams

· Helping us innovate and improve how we work

Examples of valuable skills

· Proven experience (5+ years) as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in frontend development.

· Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

· Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma).

· Knowledge of SEO principles, performance optimisation techniques, and web accessibility standards is desirable.

· Sharp analytics and problem-solving capabilities

· Ability to effectively collect and manage partially competing requests and based on them create and argue a cohesive plan that is aligned with the capabilities of the organisation

· Written and spoken English and Swedish

We have an entrepreneurial culture and consists of about 30 employees, most of whom are at our office in Göteborg but also located in Stockholm, Norrköping and elsewhere in Sweden.
